29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, were not taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition:       a) Warehouse (South End) - On or about May 12, 2016, the employer did not ensure that all powered industrial trucks in need of service were removed from service until repairs could be made.  The Nissan forklift model #QUCJ0230PV, serial #OUC09R3637, had the back tail light on the left hand side broken.
