29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:    This violation occurred on or about May 12, 2016, on the east side of a newly built commercial building, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding ten feet when installing insulation siding from a trash hopper placed on the forks of a Takeuchi Skid Steer Loader, without the skid steer being manufactured for such use.

This violation occurred on or about May 12, 2016, on the east side of a newly built commercial building, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding ten feet when installing insulation siding from a trash hopper placed on the forks of a Takeuchi Skid Steer Loader without a fall protection system.
