29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Jobsite: Roof - Employees performing brick and pointing operations from the roof of a three story residential apartment building, approximately 30 feet above ground level, were exposed to fall hazards without the use of a fall protection system.  Observed on or about 5/11/16.
