29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a) At the establishment employees were exposed to contact hazards when working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Malco Air Freshener with Ordenone, a corrosive chemical that can cause serious eye damage.  The emergency eye wash provided for emergency use was empty at the time of the inspection and not available for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes.
