29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 22 West - 24rth Street, Barnegat Light NJ: Employees, not utilizing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards (in excess of 17 feet to the ground surface below) when performing floor sheathing installation and other related activities at the unprotected edges of a new residential structure's second story.  Condition observed on or about 05/17/16.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
