29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 507 Drexel Avenue, Shipbottom NJ: Employees wearing full body harnesses with no lanyards attached were exposed to fall hazards (in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below) when preparing for roof shingle delivery, and other related activities, while walking/working from a residential structure's third story roof with a pitch of approximately 4 on 12.  Condition observed on or about 05/17/16.
