29 CFR 1926.304(f): Section 4.1.2(b) American National Standards Institute 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.304(f):  Circular hand-fed rip saws were not equipped with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator:    a) On or about May 18, 2016, the employer provided for employee use a DeWalt Model No. DW745 table saw that was not equipped with a spreader when used to rip lumber.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
