Far Rockaway, NY      Employees working on an unprotected balcony were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 30 ft. to the ground. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided.      ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
