29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a. On the south side, east end of building six, an employee working on a 6/12 pitch roof was not tied off, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 16 feet 1 inch, on or about 5/10/2016.  Kathy Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021983, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/6/2015, with respect to the workplace located at 7001 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836.
