29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   Located along the rear exterior area of the structure there were two employees observed performing exterior trim carpentry associated work activities from within the basket of a JLG model 460SJ extensible articulating boom aerial lift without harness / safety belt on and no lanyard attached to the boom or basket and were exposed to fall potentials in excess of 32 feet.
