29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a) west side roof - two employees were exposed to a fall of 18 feet 8 inches while installing shingles. The slope of the roof was 10/12, on or about 5/20/16.    (b) east side roof - two employees were exposed to a fall of 18 feet 8 inches while installing shingles. The slope of the roof was 10/12, on or about 5/20/16.
