29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   The Benson Restoration, L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1122480, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 104 Frecourte Cove, Maumelle, Arkansas 72113.  Each employee observed working on one-story, residential roof, did not have anchorage/anchorage connector of their restraints connected to the connecting device, exposing them to fall hazards of 20 feet to the ground below.  In lieu of:  29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:
