In the flammable storage locker near the printing area, a category 2 flammable liquid (Isopropanol alcohol, 99%) and a category 3 flammable liquid (PK-6) were being dispensed into secondary containers without the containers being electrically bonded, exposing employees to a fire hazard, on or about 6/1/2016.
