29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:                    At the jobsite located at 900 E. Meadowlark Rd., Derby, KS; the employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing operations on the roof with a pitch of up to and including 8 in 12 utilized fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to ten (10) feet eave to ground.
