29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) Stonewood Creek Subdivision (Lot Number 218). The employer exposed an employee to struck by hazards while operating a pneumatic Nail Gun without eye protection during Roof Trusses installation on top of second floor.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a)  Stonewood Creek Subdivision (Lot Number 218). The employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while installing Roof Trusses without fall protection.
