29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cable(s) in use were in need of repair. (a) Construction Site - On or about June 1, 2016 the welding cables that were connected to a Lincoln Shield-Arc 250 welder needed repairing. The welding cable sheathing was torn throughout the length of the cables and bare wiring was exposed on the ground cable.
