At the establishment located on 2400 Ef Griffin Rd., Bartow, FL, employees performing cleaning of a commercial kitchen area, were exposed to the health and/or physical hazards of chemicals such as, but are not limited to; degreaser (composition: Surfactant and 2-butoxyethanol), gasoline and carbon monoxide.
