29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures  a) 604 St. Albans Pl. Ocean City NJ: On or about 5/19/16, Pagano Construction, Co. employees were engaged in residential construction activities. Employees were observed removing roof shingles with a blower from the roof of the house. The workers were not protected by guard fails, PFAS, or any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet to the ground surface below.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
