29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a) Dovetail Gallery, Inc. / 352 East 18th St, Erie, PA: On or about June 3, 2016 employees worked with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, spray finishes, paints, stains, contact cement, bondo, adhesives and wood. Employees were not provided with training on the details of a Hazard Communication Program in that, a Hazard Communication Program had not been developed by the employer. Employees were also not provided training on labeling systems and safety data sheets and the how to obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.
