29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about May 28, 2016 and at times prior, ST & Sons Construction, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not conduct effective safety inspections to ensure that the foreman of Carrillo Construction (subcontractor) was protected from falls of approximately 40 feet.
