29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 417 South St, Philadelphia, PA - An employee approximately 15 feet above the ground was not using a fall protection system thus exposing the employee to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about June 6, 2016.
