29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Except as provided by paragraph (a)(3) of this section, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:    (a) TPI Commercial Construction, 3355 F Road, Clifton, CO  81520:  On and before June 7, 2016, each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on the front and back sloped roofs with an unprotected side or edge more than 18 feet above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  One employee was walking on the back roof without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of at least 18 feet.    (b) TPI Commercial Construction, 3355 F Road, Clifton, CO  81520:  On and before June 7, 2016 each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who was on the front and back sloped roofs with an unprotected side or edge more than at 18-25 feet above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  Two employees were working on the front roof moving insulation away from an extended forklift without the use of any fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of at least 18 feet.
