29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(i): The rope, wire, or chain was not flagged with high-visibility material at intervals not more than 6 ft.   On or about June 8, 2016, employees were not protected by a warning line that was flagged with high viability material, exposing the employees to the hazards associated with using a warning line without flags.  Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
