29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  a) The Brunswick at Attleboro - On or about June 8, 2016, employees entering the boiler room to monitor the bleach pump during treatment of domestic water, were exposed to corrosive hazards of 10 gallons of bleach, which was being stored in a reservoir container used to feed the treatment pump, and the container was not labeled either directly or with a placard adjacent to the container to identify the chemical and hazards as required by (f)(6) of this section.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
