29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:     (a)  On or about June 11, 2016, Precision Enterprises Construction, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that the employees of Ricky Framing, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring that fall hazards were identified and mitigated.      Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
