29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels:     a) 68 Orchard St., NY, NY - 1st floor:  On or about 06/09/2016 a Pax Contracting Corp employee was using a  Dewalt angle grinder with abrasive blade to cut metal pipe.  The blade of the grinder not guarded in any manner, exposing the employee to laceration hazards.
