29 CFR 1910.1026(j)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of chromium (VI):  On or about August 23, 2016 and at times prior thereto, in the change room, for employees sanding and buffing on air craft parts, the employer's own daily and weekly end-of-shift housekeeping practices in areas which are routinely cleaned did not effectively provide employees who were not protected by personal protective equipment with clean surface areas beyond the regulated areas that were free from Chromium (VI) contamination.
