29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met.  On or about June 14, 2015 the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program compliant with the globally harmonized system (GHS) at the 3905 N Druid Hills Road site where untrained employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, "KAY" QSR Heavy Duty Degreaser, "KAY" Solidsense Floorcare A, "KAY" Solidsense Floorcare B, "KAY" QSR Glass and Multi-surface Cleaner,  "KAY"Solidsense Santitizer, and "KAY" Solidsense All Purpose Super Concentrate.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.   On or about June 14, 2015 the  written hazard communication program for the Chick-Fil-A site located at the 3905 N Druid Hills Road did not include as list of hazardous chemicals where employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, "KAY" QSR Heavy Duty Degreaser, "KAY" Solidsense Floorcare A, "KAY" Solidsense Floorcare B, "KAY" QSR Glass and Multi-surface Cleaner,  "KAY"Solidsense Santitizer, and "KAY" Solidsense All Purpose Super Concentrate.
