29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) Worksite was located at 1500 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that while they were erecting scaffolding that was six stories tall they were not tied off to prevent a significant fall to a sidewalk shed below.  Violation was observed on or about 6/14/2016.
