29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly:   On or about June 7, 2016, fire extinguishers were not visually inspected on a monthly basis:  (a) A fire extinguisher in the supply office was last visually inspected April 2016.  (b) A fire extinguisher in the automotive shop was last visually inspected January 2016.    The CA Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898511, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at the DPTMS, Building 101, Camp Roberts, San Miguel, CA 93451.    The CA Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898787, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at the CIF Warehouse, Camp Roberts, San Miguel, CA 93451.    The CA Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898988, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at the Range Control Office, Building 14301, Camp Roberts, San Miguel, CA 93451.
