29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   (a) On or about June 9th, 2016, employees working in the warehouse part of the facility were exposed to possible electrical shock or fire hazards due to flexible cords being used as a substitute for fixed wiring in the installation of two suspended overhead lighting fixtures.
