(a) Paces Estate Subdivision: 280 Paces Dr. Lot 105, Douglasville, Georgia: On or about June 20, 2016, employees were using Hitachi NV 45AB2 nailers to nail down roof shingles and the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with eye protection, exposing employees to possible struck-by hazards and eye injury.
