29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 6060 Siegen Ln., Baton Rouge, LA; On or about June 20, 2016, the employer allowed two employees to work from an aerial lift basket while not having a lanyard attached to the basket. The employees were approximately 15 feet above ground.
