Oxford Ave. Sturgeon Bay, WI: On June 22, 2016, employees were exposed to falls while reroofing an apartment building without any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   TRC Roofing project site located at 980 S. Oxford Ave. Sturgeon Bay, WI: On June 22, 2016, employees were exposed to falls while accessing/egressing the roof using an extension ladder that did not extend at least 3' above the eave edge.
