29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. Lot 52-56, Tillinghast Turn, Scotch Plains, NJ - Enclave at Shackamaxon  Employees engaged in residential construction activities were not protected from fall hazards of 11 feet, by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees installing vent boots on the second story roof were observed walking the ridge without the use of fall protection.  Violation observed on or about June 22, 2016
