29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) In front of the building, on or about June 23, 2016, an employee, applying stucco mud, were observed working from a Genie aerial lift S-40 (S/N 512170) without the use of a body belt and lanyard attached, thus exposing employees up to a 27-foot fall hazard. b) In front of the building, on or about June 23, 2016, two employees, applying stucco mud, were observed working from a Genie aerial lift S-85 (S/N 577405) without the use of a body belt and lanyard attached, thus exposing employees up to a 27-foot fall hazard.
