Hickory St. and W. Arndt St. in Fond du Lac, WI 54936, employees of Top Tier Roofing and Siding were exposed to falls of approximately 9.75 feet while installing roofing shingles on a low sloped roof (approximately 4 in 12 slope). Employees were not protected from falls by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest systems, or a monitoring system.
