29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal arrest system.   On or about June 23, 2016, on the south side of the building, where an employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than six feet while hoisting up equipment from the top of a parapet wall without using a fall protection system.
