29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Rt 38 & Lumberton Rd., Hainesport, NJ:  On or about June 24, 2016, employees of Pinnacle Home Improvement, LLC were re-roofing the steep sloped (8 on 12) roof of a commercial establishment.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet or greater from the roof's eves to the ground below.
