In no case shall the original safety factor of the equipment be reduced.   a) Corner of Joe Yenni & Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA; On or about 23, 2016, the employer allowed two employees to work from a platform being raised by a forklift that was not designed by a qualified person. The employees were approximately 18 feet above the ground.
