OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards: a) Freezers #6 and 9: Steel industrial storage racks had been damaged by powered industrial trucks causing the support columns to be bent and twisted and anchor bolts to be sheared off, as observed on or about June 24, 2016. b) Dock, Freezers #4, 6 and 9: Steel industrial storage racks were not marked with permanently affixed load capacity placards, as observed on or about June 24, 2016. Abatement Observed During Inspection.
