29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  a) Roof of a new residential home located at 3065 Staglin Drive Powder Springs , Georgia 30127: On or about June 21, 2016, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet 2 inches from the lower level in that personal fall arrest systems were not provided to employees while installing roofing.  Employees were instead using mountain climbing harnesses.
