On or about 15 June 2016 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct a negative assessment for asbestos where employee(s) were working in areas where Class III asbestos work was being performed.

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B): The employer did not inform employees who performed work subject to this standard to areas containing ACM,  of the location and quantities of ACM, and the precautions to be taken to ensure airborne asbestos  is confined in the area.   On or about 15 June 2016 and at times prior thereto, effective asbestos awareness and hazard communication training was not provided to employee(s) working in areas adjacent to Class III asbestos work.
