29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(iii): Where ground-fault circuit interrupters were not utilized, employer did not establish and implement an assured equipment grounding conductor program on the construction site covering all cord sets, receptacles which are not part of the building or structure, and equipment connected by cord and plug which are available for use or used by employees. At the backroom; the employees did not utilized a ground-fault circuit interrupters or establish and implement a grounding conductor program, exposing employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): Covers and canopies. All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings shall be provided with covers. If metal covers are used, they shall be grounded. In energized installations each outlet box shall have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass shall be provided with bushings designed for the purpose or shall have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear. At the backroom; the employer did not insure that the receptacle outlets were provided with covers, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
