29 CFR 1910.37(b): Lighting and marking for an exit was not adequate or appropriate  a) Shady Maple Farm Market - On or about June 9, 2016 the hallway corridor leading to the warehouse area of the building from the market floor is not adequately marked to show exit routes out of the building.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent and the line-of-sight to an exit was not clearly visible:  a) Shady Maple Farm Market - On or about June 9, 2016 the hallway corridor leading to the warehouse area of the building from the market floor is not adequately marked to show exit routes out of the building and the line-of-sight to an exit was not clearly visible. 29 CFR 1910.38(c)(2): The emergency action plan did not include procedures for emergency evacuation, including type of evacuation and exit route assignments:    a) Shady Maple Farm Market - Employees were not provided with training or instructed on emergency evacuation procedures.  Employees working in various departments were not provided with updated procedures or plans which reflected changes to the buildings which had occurred over the years on or about June 9, 2016.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
