29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) On or about June 30, 2016, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards by utilizing a flexible cord as a substitute for permanent wiring, that was used to provide power to a light bulb which was used to keep condensation out of the Edger out feed, located in Building E (The Edger).

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  On or about June 30, 2016, the employer failed to mark an exit "Not and Exit" in Building E, by the Edger out feed.
