29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B) When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section:  Employees engaged in lifting a cattle guard and cleaning underneath were exposed to electrical hazards because they were working underneath energized overhead lines with conductive equipment.
