29 CFR 1917.154: Compressed air used for cleaning exceeded a pressure of 30 p.s.i.         Maintenance Shop:  On or about 30 June 2016 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used for cleaning purposes exceeded 30 p.s.i. Air nozzle measured approximately 110 psi.  Air nozzle was not equipped with deflector to reduce the pressure of air flow.  This exposed employees to foreign objects being embedded to the body and eyes.
