29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:     (a). Worksite located at 401 Charlotte St., Kansas City, Missouri- Building C- Employees were observed working and walking under suspended materials and equipment and were not protected from impact by the use of any means of head protection.

Worksite located at 401 Charlotte St., Kansas City, Missouri-Building C- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while they were observed off-loading concrete hoses from the forks of the lull and were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
