29 CFR 1910.147(a)(2)(ii)(B): An employee was required to place parts of his or her body into an area on a machine or piece of equipment where work is actually performed upon the material being processed (point of operation) or where an associated danger zone exists during a machine operating cycle.   a)Neumag Division Line 1 Position 3: On or about June 28, 2016, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards while adjusting the Yarn Cutter guide on the Neumag S5 Carpet Fiber Yarn machine.  The employer indicated that the operation was classified as normal adjustments but did not implement an alternative procedure or measure to protect their workers.
